Purpose: This machine is a clip chain extruder designed and manufactured by our factory. It can replace clip chain molds of various shapes and is used to make various PE and PP clip chains. The machine consists of a main extruder, mold shaping, cooling water constant temperature shaping, dehydration device, air drying device, clip chain closing device, etc. The mold structure is flexible and easy to load and unload. Main features: 1. The mold used in this machine adopts advanced 90-degree extrusion. 2. The barrel and screw type used in this machine are made of high-quality alloy steel, and the surface is chrome-plated. It has strong wear resistance, high temperature resistance and deformation resistance. It is equipped with a stainless steel cold water tank, which can adjust the height at will. 3. The auxiliary machine traction adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to make the quality of the produced clip chain more stable.
